Registration Types

The Great Alaska Aviation Gathering would not be as successful as it has been in the past without help from supporters like you. 

We are grateful that you’ve decided to attend the event. We’ve recently updated the benefits and rewards as well as restructured the tiers to ensure that everyone gets the most out of their sponsorship, no matter the level. Please consider becoming a sponsor for the 2026 Great Alaskan Aviation Gathering.


BOOTH SPECIFICS:

+Indoor Booth Space Available in the Textron Pavilion and Raven Hall. Textron Pavilion will be located inside the State Fair Pavilion, inside a large fully enclosed HEATED tent.
+ Standard booth space is 10 feet wide and 8 feet deep, separated with pipe and draping
+ Indoor Booths include a table, table skirt, and chair. If access to an electrical outlet is needed, contact Alaska Event Services at (907) 345-8789 or [email protected]

 Sponsorship: 

The right to use a "sponsor" title (Great Alaska Aviation Gathering Sponsor) in your own promotional materials. *There are different sponsorship levels, and benefits vary based on level. For more information, go HERE* 

+ Recognition in the 2026 Commemorative Program.

+ Recognition on all Alaska Airmen's social media channels (Total following over 125,000+).

+ Placement on the Great Alaska Aviation Gathering page, company logo and weblink.

+ Recognition on signage during the Gathering.

+ Banner Placement (Size subject to venue restrictions and sponsor level).

+ Public Address Mentions.

+ Recognition in the post-convention issue of The Transponder, the Alaska Airmen's Association official quarterly publication.

 Community Vendor: 

Exhibitor space exclusive to local Alaskan vendors looking to market products and services to the Aviation and Outdoor-loving customer! Community Vendors will be located In Sluice Box. 

+ Present your wares to 10,000+ potential customers

+ Approximately 10x10 space per vendor, but accommodations can be made for those needing larger areas

+ No tables, draping, or space decoration included.  Vendors are encouraged to bring their own.

+ Does not support vendors requiring a large electrical amperage draw

+ Includes: parking pass and two attendee badges. Additional rental options available from Alaska Event Services

 Jet Setters: 

Our new, Jet Setter booth is located in the TEXTRON PAVILION and is perfect for those who do not plan to bring a full-size display to the show.

Benefits Include:

+ One cocktail table. Additional rental options available from Alaska Event Services

+ Drapery behind provides space to hang a small banner (less than 4 feet in length)

+ 2 Attendee badges included

 Standard Indoor Booths: 

+ Indoor Booth Space Available in the Platinum Pavilion and Raven Hall

+ Standard booth space is 10 feet wide and 8 feet deep separated with pipe and draping

+ Each booth receives one table, Table Skirt. and one chair. Additional Rentals are available from Alaska Event Services

 Airport Booth: 

+ FREE shuttle bus service will be provided to all attendees between both locations

+ Benefits Include: one table and chair. Additional rental options are available from Alaska Event Services.

+ You are welcome and encouraged to bring your own tent or shelter! Please be sure to share these plans with the Alaska Airmen's Association for final approval

+ No Wi-Fi or electricity available.

+ 2 Attendee badges  and parking pass included

 Standard Outdoor Booth: 

 Outdoor Booth Space Available at the Alaska State Fair Grounds.  The fairgrounds are appointed with paved trails and exhibitor stalls with electricity. 

+ Includes 10x10 foot exhibit tent on unpaved surface and access to electricity.  Tent heaters and flooring are available for an additional charge upon request.

+ Each booth receives one table, table skirt. and one chair. Additional Rentals are available from Alaska Event Services

Important Notice: Electrical Capacity Limitations

Please be aware that the venue has limited electrical capacity, and you must inform us of any electrical equipment you plan to bring. Depending on your assigned location, you may face restrictions on the types and amount of equipment allowed.

Guidelines:

  • Only portable personal heaters are permitted. Do not bring any space heater that requires a plug or outlet.
  • If you need additional electrical power for any equipment, we strongly recommend bringing your own generator or alternative power source.

If you are unsure whether your equipment complies with these requirements, please contact us.
